THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS ON WHICH
KINGDOM INTERNATIONAL LLC OFFERS YOU TO OUR SERVICES.
PLEASE
READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY! IT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT
INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.
These
terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to your purchase
of products and/or services sold
in the United States ("Product") by the Kingdom
International LLC entity named on the invoice or
acknowledgement ("Kingdom International") provided to you.
By use of our domain and sub domains of www.overeasy.co.uk
(the site), you accept and are
bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. THIS
AGREEMENT SHALL APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE A SEPARATE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT WITH KINGDOM INTERNATIONAL, IN WHICH CASE THE
SEPARATE AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN. If you do not agree to
be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not
use or access our services.
1) CURRENCY
All transactions are in United States
Dollars. Your Pay Pal statement however will show our charge
in your local currency. The dollar amount in your invoice will
be converted to your local currency on the day that you make
your payment. Our exchange rate page is meant to give you an
estimate and is not a guaranteed rate.
2) PAYMENT
TERMS; ORDERS; QUOTES
Payment terms are within Kingdom International’s sole
discretion, payment must be made at the time of
purchase. Payment for Product may be made via PayPal. Kingdom
International may invoice parts of an order separately.
Your order is subject to cancellation by Kingdom
International, at Kingdom International’s sole discretion.
Kingdom International is not responsible for pricing,
typographical, or other errors, in any offer by Kingdom
International and reserves the right to cancel any orders
resulting from such errors.
3) CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Orders cancelled by our clients are subject
to a cancellation fee of $20. Fees already incurred for
domestic and/or international shipping and handling at the
time of cancellation are non-refundable. Orders for
items which are Final Sale as per the store can not be
cancelled once placed. You may not make changes to your order
once it is placed. If your item(s) goes out of stock with the
retailer after you make payment to Kingdom International via
PayPal there will be no charge and you will be credited
(PayPal fees will apply).
4) RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All returns are handled by Kingdom
International, do not return your products to the store
directly. Make sure you have read and agree with the return
policy of the store(s) you are purchasing from as these are
the policies that will govern the return or exchange. Please
note you will be charged for all shipping fees associated with
your return or exchange (both ways). Kingdom International charges a
handling fee of $10 for returns and $15 for exchanges.
Ship your items back to us using an insured
and trackable shipping method. Kingdom International is not
responsible for lost or damaged returns.
5) DISCLAIMER FROM UNFORESEEABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
Kingdom International International LLC is
not responsible or liable, nor shall it be deemed in default
of the Terms and Conditions, for any delay or failure in
performance or non-performance of any aspect of this agreement
resulting directly or indirectly from any accidents, fires,
electrical or electronic failures, equipment failures,
shipping delays from either online retailers, international
couriers, or others, acts of God, labor disputes, governmental
orders or regulations, or any other cause beyond the
reasonable control of Kingdom International International LLC.
6) SHIPPING CHARGES
Taxes; Risk of Loss. Shipping and handling are
included unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time
of sale. The final delivery agent may charge additional
fees from the buyer prior to delivery. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a
carrier selected by Kingdom International is the buyer’s
responsibility using the insurance provided by the
carrier. Shipping dates are estimates only.
7) INSURANCE
All orders are insured against loss or
damage unless indicated at the time of sale. The cost of this insurance is included in your Kingdom
International International LLC shipping and handling fee
unless indicated at the time of sale.
8) ELIGIBILITY
Our services are available only to, and may
only be used by individuals who can form legally binding
contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the
foregoing, our services are not available to children (persons
under the age of 18). If you are under the age of 18, you can
use this service only in conjunction with, and under the
supervision of your parents or guardians. If you do not
qualify, please do not use our Site. If you are using the Site
as a business entity, you represent that you have the
authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.
9) CUSTOMS INFORMATION
You may be subject to import
duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches
your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be
paid by you as we have no control over these charges and
cannot predict what they may be. Please check with your
local customs office to find out what the charges will be.
Some countries may also charge an additional handling fee for
delivery.
10) PROHIBITED, QUESTIONABLE AND
INFRINGING ITEMS
Please do not make requests for the
following items as they are prohibited: alcohol, tobacco,
obscene or pornographic material, fresh or perishable food
(fruit, vegetables, dairy products), animals and wildlife
products, artifacts, batteries, narcotics, steroids, and other
controlled substances, firearms, weapons and knives, hazardous
or dangerous goods, fireworks, controlled drugs or items (or
their components) that require a prescription from a licensed
practitioner; this includes drugs and devices prescribed by
veterinarians for animals, items that promote or glorify
hatred, violence, racial or religious intolerance, or items
that promote organizations with such views. And any other
item(s) which are illegal to import in your home country.
Buyers are reminded that they are responsible for educating
themselves on customs and importation restrictions of the
country item(s) that are to be shipped to you.

WARRANTIES
KINGDOM INTERNATIONAL MAKES NO WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT OR
SERVICE. SUCH PRODUCT IS PROVIDED BY KINGDOM INTERNATIONAL "AS
IS". WARRANTY FOR PRODUCT, IF ANY, IS PROVIDED BY THE ORIGINAL
MANUFACTURER, NOT BY KINGDOM INTERNATIONAL.
12) LIMITATION
OF LIABILITY
KINGDOM INTERNATIONAL DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE
REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY
LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE, LOST
PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND
SUPPORT. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, KINGDOM
INTERNATIONAL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL,
SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD
PARTY. YOU AGREE THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE
PURCHASE OF PRODUCT, KINGDOM INTERNATIONAL ARE NOT LIABLE OR
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AMOUNT
INVOICED FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING
IN THIS AGREEMENT TO THE CONTRARY, THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN
THIS AGREEMENT SHALL APPLY EVEN IF SUCH REMEDIES FAIL THEIR
ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

GOVERNING
LAW
THE PARTIES AGREE THAT THIS AGREEMENT, ANY SALES THERE
UNDER, OR ANY CLAIM, DISPUTE OR CONTROVERSY (WHETHER IN
CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER PREEXISTING, PRESENT
OR FUTURE, AND INCLUDING STATUTORY, COMMON LAW, AND
EQUITABLE CLAIMS) BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND KINGDOM
INTERNATIONAL arising from or relating to this agreement,
its interpretation, or the breach, termination or validity
thereof, the relationships which result from this
agreement, Kingdom International's advertising, or any
related purchase SHALL, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY
APPLICABLE LAW, BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF
MICHIGAN, USA WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES.

reference only and do not form a part of these terms and
conditions, and no construction or inference shall be derived
there from.
