How do I pay ?
All payments are
made via
PayPal.
When you make payment using
PayPal
it will provide you with a
currency conversion rate and allow you to pay in you local
currency. This
gives you added security as you do not have to provide
financial information to us.

What is included in the price
quoted ?
The price we quote includes the products plus delivery to your
door DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid).
Why do you quote in dollars ?
The exchange rate is constantly changing, if we quoted in your
local currency we would have to requote every time the
exchange rate changed. Therefore we quote in dollars, that
means our quote does not change. When you make payment using
PayPal it will provide you with a currency conversion rate and
allow you to pay in you local currency.
What are your fees, how do your fees vary for multiple items ?
Our quote to you will
clearly show our fee.
Is everything cheaper when ordered from the
U.S. ?
No, each order has
to be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Shipping
How long does U.S. internal shipping take ?
When you order a
product from us we order it from the retailer. They ship to us
by internal U.S. mail, the time may vary depending on the
retailers method of shipping and can be found on their
website.
How long does international shipping take ?
You can
specify what delivery time you would like quoted on our quote
request form. The list below shows them in descending order
for cost.

How much is international shipping ?
Shipping rates will
vary depending on how fast you want us to deliver it to you . We charge
you the rate that the United States postal service charges us.

Do you offer any international flat rate
shipping ?
Yes, we can now ship up to 20LBS
(9kgs) for $23 to Canada and $37 to all other countries. The
item(s) must fit into either a 11"x 8.5"x 5.5" box or a 11
7/8" x 3 3/8" x 13 5/8" box - these flat rate boxes ship with
6 - 10 business days delivery.
Is there any weight restrictions on the
package I can be sent ?
Yes, currently we
can only send up to a max. of 66lbs per package. This is
limited by the USPS.
Can I track my order when it is shipped
internationally?
If you request
Express Mail (5 business days) international shipping you will
receive a tracking number that can be used to track your
package online. Priority Mail (6-10 business days) can be tracked online
but it is not as detailed as Express mail tracking.
How do I track my orders international shipping
progress ?

Apart from duty / tax will the final
delivery agent charge me any additional fees ?
If any Consignment has a low weight in comparison to its
volume (size) the delivery agent may require the Customer to
pay additional charges based on the volumetric weight in
accordance with its current published rates. Such additional
charges may be requested (and shall be paid by the Customer) at any time prior to the delivery of the
Consignment concerned.
Insurance
Is my order insured during shipping ?
Yes, as standard we
insure the shipment for the purchased amount (unless requested
otherwise). Items shipped using
First
Class Mail International cannot be insured.
What if my item arrives damaged in the mail ?
We take every care
packaging your products, the process for submitting a claim

Import Duties
Who is responsible for import duties ?
You are responsible
for all import duties due. Please check your local import
duties prior to ordering.

Can you mark my package as a gift so that I do
not have to pay duties and taxes ?
No, it is illegal
to do this. It should also be noted that
from
19 July 2007, excise duty is due on all excise goods received
via post from abroad, including occasional gifts and
goods ordered online.
How will I pay for import duties / VAT ?
You will be contacted by the delivery service to make payment
(either by phone, online or in person)
for any VAT and Duty due prior to delivery / pickup.

On the Quote Request page it asks me
for the URL of the item I would like quoted, what is a URL ?
A URL is the address of a web page. To be able to find your item quickly and accurately we ask that you include the URL. An example of a URL is http://www.overeasy.co.uk. Please include the full address that appears in your browsers window on the page of the item you would like quoted.
