1. Request a quote
Fill in our online
quote form
with the
product(s) you are interested in. You can request a quote
on any product(s) from any of the U.S. retailers shown on
our website.
You can also request items from more than one retailer /
manufacturer in the same quote.
We will then reply to you via email
with a fully broken out quote. The quote will also contain
a
PayPal
link for you to make payment if you would like to proceed
with the order.
2. Make payment via PayPal
If you are happy with the quote you
would then use the link contained within the quote to make
payment via PayPal.
PayPal
will allow you to make payment in your local currency and
for and us to receive payment in U.S. dollars.
3. Product sourcing
Once payment has been made we will
then order the product(s) from the retailer(s) for you to be delivered to us. Once we
have ordered the product(s) we will e-mail you a
confirmation email.
4. International shipping
When the product(s) arrive with us we will check them and
pack them into one box. We will then send the package out
for international delivery via our partner the
USPS. We will then
email you with the tracking code (for priority and express
delivery) for the package so that you can follow its
progress online.
5. Delivery confirmation
We
will also monitor your packages progress and be in contact with you until the
package arrives and you confirm delivery.
